Online Registration

Please select one of the following online registration forms:

• individual member registration
• family registration
per the family membership plan (two adults and two or more children or young adults at the same address)

Note: Other online registration forms, including installment plans and group (multiple member) registration forms are not available now, but are planned for March 2012. For the time being, offline (landmail) registration for these categories is available. Please refer to our membership information page.

Instructions

Step One: Enter your membership type on this form and click the "Buy Now" button. This will take you to PayPal.com to pay for your membership.

Step Two: On the PayPal website, you will pay for the membership. Click the "Pay Now" button to complete the transaction. Note: When you have paid for the membership, you are counted as paid and we have a record as soon as you have paid, but payment does not complete your registration. To be registered, you must submit the registration information form. Click on the "Return to Chicago Worldcon Bid" page.

This will bring you back to the Chicon 7 website.

Step Three: On the Chicon 7 Registration Information page, enter your contact information. This will complete your registration and give us information to allow us to send you publications and confirm your identity for the purpose of voting for Hugo awards and for the 2014 Worldcon site selection. And that's it! If you have any problems, please contact the Registrar. Alternately, the Registrar may contact you if any information submitted is missing or unclear.

On this form, the adult member names are used only to match the payment to the registration. You will enter the names of all members on the registration information page after you complete payment. Note: The family membership includes any number of children (up to age 16), with an charge of $25 per young adult (age 17-21) member. (Example: Two adults, two children up to age 16, and two young adults is still $540; two adults plus four young adults would be $640.) In the event of any confusion or error, we could invoice or refund you any difference between the amount paid and the amount expected.
