We welcome small and large parties, so don’t be shy.
If you are interested in throwing a party, you do need to book a room on the party floors for at least the night(s) you are considering hosting a party.
We are VERY limited on party rooms still available, so if you are unable to get a room for the night(s) you are looking for, contact the hotel team to see what, if anything, is still available.
Regardless of the size of your party, you need to let us know. Though we are still in the process of setting up a formal method for collecting information, all parties need to be registered with us.

Corkage Waiver Information
Our corkage waiver covers standard rooms and most suites.
Our waiver covers dry goods and/or pre-packaged food items including water, pop, chips, and candy. It also allows items such as fruit plates, cheese plates, and pastries.
We do not have a hot food corkage and serving hot food will result in a fine and removal by the Hyatt. If you wish to serve hot food you will need to order from the Hyatt.
It does allow for alcohol to be served as well, but there are restrictions on the amount that can be brought in per party per night.
You are allowed to bring in a total of 5 units of the following
(1) 750 ml bottle of liquor = 1 unit
(1) 750 ml bottle of wine = 1 unit
(1) case of 24 12 ounce cans of beer = 1 unit
These can be mixed and matched to equal 5 units.
We will have additional information such as catering menus, ice pricing, ordering assistance, and party-specific information soon.

Purchasing Ice
Registered parties can purchase up to four 20 pound bags of ice for $10 each until August 28. Please complete the Ice Purchase form and make sure to click on the link to pay for the ice before August 28.
